What the cost figure means
The cost figure is an expected value in units of the original wager.
The cost figure is the value of the correct action minus the value of your action.
The cost figure is not a prediction of your result over one session.
The severity bands below sort each cost into one named level.

23 rule sets have a solved chart, so the trainer grades them.
9 games are dealable and ungraded, because no solved chart exists for them.
Each of those games changes which play is correct.
A chart from another game would mark correct decisions wrong, so the trainer refuses to grade.

The trainer measures your decisions.
