Blackjack XChange
Blackjack XChange is an electronic blackjack game that sells replacement cards during a hand.
The simulator does not deal this game.
What the game is
Blackjack XChange is a single player electronic game. The player plays against an infinite deck. At each decision the machine offers to replace one card for a price. The machine quotes a separate price for each card in the hand.
How the game works
The price of an exchange is charged to the credit meter rather than to the wager. An exchange is therefore a purchase and not a change to the bet. Exchange offers stop after the fourth player card. No exchange follows a split or a double, and no split or double follows an exchange. No prices are offered when the dealer holds a blackjack.

Not playable here
The engine deals fixed rule sets read from a rule file. Blackjack XChange needs a live pricing model for every card the player can replace. The game also needs a credit meter held apart from the wager. Both parts belong to a different product, so the simulator does not deal the game.
Findings
The published house edge of 0.37% covers the base rules on an infinite deck. The figure excludes every exchange bought, so a player does not experience the figure. Blackjack XChange is also not Betfair Exchange Blackjack. The Betfair game is a player against player market with its own published figure.
